For this website. What the platform processes on behalf of each customer is governed by the processing agreement signed with them, not by this page.

Who processes your data

What this site collects

Only what you tell us yourself.

This site has no sign-up and no analytics. There is no measurement tag, no pixel and no third-party tool. It also loads no fonts, icons or scripts from anywhere else: everything is served from our own domain, precisely so that your browser does not have to announce your visit to anybody.

If you fill in the contact form, we collect what you write in it: your name, your company, your email, your telephone if you give us one, and what you tell us about how you dispatch. It goes to our own servers and nowhere else: there is no marketing platform behind it and no third-party form embedded in the page. The basis is our legitimate interest in replying to somebody who asks. We keep it for six months and it is then deleted on its own; if you want it gone sooner, write to us and it is.

If you write to deca2u@driven2u.com, we process your address and what you tell us in order to answer, for the same reason and for the same time.

If you book a demonstration, the button takes you to a Microsoft Bookings diary. What you write there we process in the same way and for the same reason, with Microsoft as processor, inside our own Microsoft 365 tenant in the European Union. This page collects nothing from that booking: it is a link, and until you follow it your browser talks to nobody else.

What your browser keeps

Nothing. Each language has its own address, so there is no preference to remember on your device, and we use no cookies either. The cookie policy sets that out.

Who we share with

Nobody. We disclose nothing and there are no international transfers: the site and everything serving it are hosted in the European Economic Area.

Your rights

You may ask us for access, rectification or erasure, restrict or object to processing, and request portability, by writing to dpo@driven2u.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer you may complain to the Spanish data protection authority, aepd.es.
