What this site is
This site describes DeCA2U, the platform DRIVEN2U issues the electronic administrative control document with - the one Orden FOM/2861/2012 and the Resolution of 5 June 2026 require of every road haulage movement. It is informational: nothing is bought here, no form collects anything, and there is no private area. Customers sign in at app.deca2u.com.
Using the site
You may read, print and quote what is on this site. What you may not do is present it as your own, or use the DeCA2U name, the DRIVEN2U name or their logos to suggest a commercial relationship that does not exist.
The legal texts cited here - Orden FOM/2861/2012, Ley 16/1987 and the Resolution of 5 June 2026 - are published in the BOE and are not ours. What is ours is how we explain them, and the platform that complies with them.
What this site is not
Nothing here is legal advice.
